Check your Online Booking is connected and syncing

If your Online Booking has disconnected, you will need to check that it has successfully reconnected and is syncing again.

  1. Exit Shortcuts.
  2. In the Windows system tray, double-click on the “Point of Sale Service Manager”, which looks like this:

3. Click on “Open Shortcuts Service Manager”.

4. Press “Start Service”.

If you received an error message or the status continues to say “Disconnected”, call the Shortcuts Helpdesk on 1300 667 374.

To allow your clients to book appointments day or night, you must leave your computer switched on 24/7 and ensure the online booking agent is online.
