Education cancellation policy
At Shortcuts, are committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. When a customer cancels without giving us enough notice, it prevents us from helping another customer.
We require that you provide us with 2 business days’ notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us enough time to allocate your education time slot to another customer.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment please call us on 1300 667 374 and speak with reception or email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your business name in the email.
Please do not contact your coach to cancel as they may be with another client and your change or cancellation may not be processed in time.
If you miss your training session without contacting us at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled training time, the following fees will be charged:
- Session 1 or 2: $250
- Session 3, 4 or 5: $120
Less than 2 business days’ notice:
- Session 1 or 2: $120
- Session 3, 4 or 5: $80
Please note as we are not available Saturday or Sunday, to cancel a Monday appointment you will need to call or email us by 3pm on the Wednesday prior.
