Q: I’m partway through my training and don’t know who to call to finish it off – who can I speak to?
A: If you are new client in the early stages of your training, simply contact the Educator you have been working with. If you are a long-term client, contact our Customer Care team and they will be able to help you take the steps to complete your training.

Q: I’d love to learn more about how to use Shortcuts, but I don’t want formal training – what should I do??
A: Our Learning Centre is super helpful if you’d like to learn how something works, without having to sign up for formal training. If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, our Helpdesk team is always happy show you a thing or two – call them on 1300 667 374.
