Shortcuts has an experienced team of professional fulltime help desk staff available 24/7 to guide you through any technical questions*. The team are experts on all areas through working closely with the research and development team, education department and resellers to ensure support calls are fast and thorough.

Phone Support

Call the +61 7 3834 3232 (Australia) number and you will be promptly answered by one of our friendly help desk team members. They will provide you with step-by-step guidance conveniently over the phone. For example, if you are having trouble sending out your monthly client marketing letters, they can talk you through the steps of generating, merging and printing out the letter.

Dial In Support

If required, the help desk can dial directly into your computer assisting you to rectify problems with minimal disruption to your business. They can even dial in to your computer to demonstrate how a particular area of Shortcuts works right on your very own screen!

If you are experiencing any issues within the program, we can connect to your computer and resolve the problem quickly. For example, clearing forgotten PINs and passwords and demonstrating how you could generate a list of non-returning clients.

* This includes problems that arise within Shortcuts, or from incorrect procedures whereby the computer has crashed and corrupted a table causing a database warning or illegal operation. Database warnings can also be caused by a power cut, a hard drive error or network communication problems. The Shortcuts Helpdesk will endeavour to solve these problems over the phone or even by dialling into your computer using a modem.
