Phone Support

They will provide you with step-by-step guidance conveniently over the phone. For example, if you are having trouble sending out your monthly client marketing letters, they can talk you through the steps of generating, merging and printing out the letter.

Dial In Support

If required, the help desk can dial directly into your computer assisting you to rectify problems with minimal disruption to your business. They can even dial in to your computer to demonstrate how a particular area of Shortcuts works right on your very own screen!

* This includes problems that arise within Shortcuts, or from incorrect procedures whereby the computer has crashed and corrupted a table causing a database warning or illegal operation. Database warnings can also be caused by a power cut, a hard drive error or network communication problems. The Shortcuts Helpdesk will endeavour to solve these problems over the phone or even by dialling into your computer using a modem.
