John has extensive business and taxation advisory experience in both metropolitan and regional Australia combined with roles in Europe as a financial analyst for a major shipping and logistics company. John is a partner of, and leads a team of dedicated professionals, at Hanrick Curran Chartered Accountants in advising and supporting a wide range of businesses. His background as a financial analyst was enhanced during his time at the National Australia Bank and is now continued by his ongoing role as Chairman of Shortcuts Software. |

John has over twenty five years experience in the software industry in various roles including software development, database design, and senior management. Before joining Shortcuts he ran a company developing retail information systems and, before that, a company producing software to administer client databases. |

Rebecca has over twenty years commercial computing experience gained with high profile companies such as Technology One, Computer Power Group and IBM, in roles from development through to executive management. Appointed as the global CEO of Shortcuts Software in 2005, Rebecca’s passion for software development, technological innovation and excellent customer service have helped Shortcuts become the world leader in salon and spa software. |

Bill has a wealth of experience with over twenty years in the role of company secretary with many different companies across a large range of industries. He is the principal of Australian Company Secretary Service providing specialist company secretarial, compliance and governance services to public companies, particularly as the company secretary and/or a director of several listed on the ASX. |
