Support Options
Shortcuts has an experienced team of help desk professionals that are available to guide you through any technical issues* that may arise. The help desk team work closely with software developers, Certified Shortcuts Educators, and a variety of other Shortcuts professionals, so you can be assured that our support calls will be answered quickly and competently - without taking up too much of your precious time.
Phone Support
Simply call 1300 66 73 74 at the cost of a local call.
Dial in Support
The help desk team can dial in directly into your computer (if you have internet access - ADSL or broadband is best) to rectify any problems with minimal disruption to your business. They can even dial in to demonstrate how a particular area of Shortcuts works, right there on your screen!
Email Support
Email support is fast and convenient. Send your problems to support@shortcuts.com.au and you will be sent an email in return with an appropriate course of action.
Internet Support
Shortcuts has a unique support feature built it. The Support button (located in the Tools Menu Internet Icon) allows you to select database tables, logs and registry entries, etc. that can be directly emailed to the help desk. The help desk staff will step you through which files are required, over the phone.
