PowerSalon™ PowerModule


What is PowerSalon™ PowerModule?
PowerSalon™ PowerModule is a joint project between Patrick Lumbroso, salon industry guru and Shortcuts Software. It is available as an optional module within Shortcuts Salon and Spa software that, in its first release, has two elements – MindFocus and the Client Referral Program. Additional elements will be added to PowerSalon™ PowerModule as it matures.

How does PowerSalon™ PowerModule work?
PowerSalon™ PowerModule develops client rapport and connection procedures to create loyalty, increasing the longevity of each client as they continue to be treated as a salon’s very special client. This in turn provides additional income through increased product sales, more focussed staff, increased levels of expertise, and bigger profits for Shortcuts salon owners.

PowerSalon™ PowerModule’s MindFocus captures and utilises historical details about the clients treatments, recommendations from the salon technician, as well as the information shared “at the chair” to create an experience for each client that is profoundly personal, specific to their needs, and expert in every respect.

PowerSalon™ PowerModule’s Client Referral Program focuses on the business value of referrals and provides a mechanism to manage and present these referring clients with a genuine, heartfelt acknowledgement. All gifts are predetermined using appropriate cost ratios and managed with Shortcuts stock control.
