With more than 200 million active users worldwide and over 5 million people on Facebook in Australia (source Wikipedia May 2009), this is a fantastic way to communicate with your clients and demonstrate your brand personality.  Facebook is also hugely increasing as a medium to conduct business.  With a ton of different applications you can add into your page, you can customise your page as well as provide tools to the viewers.  

Shortcuts has developed a Facebook app that connects your ‘fans’ or ‘friends’ to your BookME™ site to book an appointment.  They don’t need to be re-routed to your website or find their way there several clicks later – it’s direct to your BookME™page!
