Body Corporate
| Brother and sister duo Licínia Germano, and Jorge Costa, were destined
for success in business having grown up amidst constant talk of ‘client
satisfaction’ and ‘the value of money’, from their business-oriented parents. |
|
It was in 2000 that they decided to unite forces, opening a ‘beauty, health and wellbeing’ clinic in Portugal. And quite clearly, their early introduction to the mechanics of business management paid off.

Licínia is a qualified beautician, specialising in Endermology and Mesotherapy, and Jorge has a degree in Pharmaceutical Science.
For Licínia and Jorge, ‘beauty, health and well-being’ are the harmonious intergration of:
· A well balanced diet
· Healthy social behavior
· Hygiene
· Regular physical exercise
· Medical and paramedical treatments (if necessary)
· Beauty and Relaxation treatments (facial and body)
So it was a natural step they took when they created a new brand, Body Corporate,
in 2002, forming a partnership with Holmes Place Health Clubs Portugal. Through
their new project, they integrate their beauty and paramedical services with
the health club´s existing services.
Body Corporate’s business points of diference are its qualified and well-trained staff, up-to-date treatments and equipment that express their signature ‘beyond beauty’, as well as customer relationship management and
feedback mechanisms. Licínia and Jorge´s ambition is to promote a healthier concept of beauty.Their aim is not just to treat clients in their clinic but to educate them in leading a healthier lifestyle. They commit to practising what they preach by leading well-balanced lifestyles, spending free time relaxing and enjoying family and friends.
Shortcuts enables Licínia and Jorge to help manage appointments efficiently, providing them with a greater knowledge of their clients and ways to define adequate strategies for business development.
