At Shortcuts we are dedicated to providing our clients the best possible training
to ensure the software is used to its fullest potential. This in mind, Shortcuts
devoted Accredited Trainers follow a structured training program which aims to
fulfill all of our clients training needs. Accredited Trainers must possess a
high level of competency in Shortcuts product knowledge and training skills in order to be endorsed
by Shortcuts.
Accredited Trainers are useful for initial training, to re-train staff or induct new staff into the world of Shortcuts. Our
Accredited Trainers have proven their ability to train at the highest standard
and can tailor a training program to best suit each clients' needs. Training programs can be delivered via personalized web training sessions or in salon.

If you would like to increase your Shortcuts product knowledge, prior to attending
an Accredited Trainers course, your options are to:
attend a 3 day Shortcuts Product Knowledge course
participate
in a minimum 9 hours Web training with a Shortcuts Accredited Trainer

Level 1 - Initial Accreditation
Accredited Trainers follow a proven training format that has been developed
with input from some of the best trainers in the world. The program details
the methods and framework for training, ensuring a consistently high standard
of training across the board. Trainers are then assessed on their ability
to deliver the training format and are passed based on successful completion
of the assessment criteria.
Level 2 - Advanced Accreditation
To ensure that Accredited Trainers remain accredited, they must be actively
training and they also must attend an annual course at Shortcuts Head Office
to learn the new features of each new version release.
