I’m not so great with computers; will this be hard to set-up?
The Client Services Team actually set up Shortcuts for you based on the information you provide in the Configuration Book and also from information gathered in the Business Requirement s Analysis (BRA). From stock and service menus to employee capabilities and commissions, Shortcuts spends time with you to understand your business and customise your software.

I’d rather have someone in my salon for training, is that possible? Yes, Shortcuts Certified Educators travel all over Australia to train our clients in the spa or salon. Contact your Shortcuts Software Consultant for more information.

I have a new staff member, how can I train them on the Shortcuts system?Depending on the level of understanding necessary, you can choose from a selected program with a Shortcuts Certified Educator or purchase the @MYSPEED set of CDs. I have very little time to attend training, what can I do?Web training is perfect for those with tight schedules as we can work to fit your schedule. No matter what time zone you are in, we have a time slot waiting for you.
