• Shortcuts Certified Educators –
  At Shortcuts we are dedicated to providing our clients the best possible training to ensure the software is used to its fullest potential. With this in mind, Shortcuts have employed a team of devoted training professionals who are also industry experienced. The Shortcuts Certified Educators possess a high level of competency in Shortcuts product knowledge and training skills. Educators can be utilised for initial training, ongoing team training or also to induct new team members into the world of Shortcuts.
  
  
• Web Training –
  A Shortcuts Certified Educator can provide you with online training via the web. This method of training fosters a very focused and flexible training environment. Web training is best conducted one-on-one or in small groups (max 3 attendees). Web training allows the Internet to connect you with your Shortcuts Certified Educator who will guide you through some hands on training, whilst talking you through the steps over the phone.
  
  
• On-site Training –
  We come to you. Face-to-face training is conducted on-site, in your salon or spa. For individuals or groups of up to 8 people, this is a very personalised and interactive training method, which benefits all participants.
