Shortcuts Software acquires its UK Resellers

Manchester, March 2009- As from March 2009 Shortcuts Software has acquired its two resellers in the United Kingdom. Shortcuts Software will now be operating a direct sales model with all Shortcuts salons in the UK. All staff which were employed by the resellers have moved across and are now directly employed by Shortcuts Software.

This change will benefit all Shortcuts clients as all communication will be with the one organisation, which will ensure all clients receive the highest standards in customer care and service levels. And moving forward Shortcuts will be able to pool its resources in better supporting its clients and helping them get the most out of their investment into Shortcuts Software.

Rebecca Randle, Global CEO of Shortcuts Software commented, “I am delighted Shortcuts has acquired its UK resellers. It means that as a company Shortcuts will be even more competitive and it will strengthen its position as the leading salon and spa software provider in the UK. This also means that Shortcuts clients will see the already high levels of customer service increase.”

Yogesh Parmar, the former CEO of the northern UK reseller called Synchronize Solutions, stated. “These are incredibly exciting times both for Shortcuts and our clients. Communication will be streamlined and more effective as it will be direct from Shortcuts to the clients.”

Tom Bentley-Taylor, the former CEO of the Southern UK reseller called Atomix, commented. “The acquisitions will place Shortcuts in an even stronger position within the UK market, so we are able to consolidate on our position as the leading provider of salon and spa software.”
