Education in the states has just become even better... Long Beach, CA - August 17th, 2005 - Training was held in the US headquarters in Long Beach for educators within the United States to become a full-fledged accredited trainer. Joanna Burgess, Director of Education and Co-Founder of Shortcuts, made a special trip over from Australia to meet the education team in the states and deliver a high-quality certification training that lasted three days. The Accredited Trainers Program was designed by some of the best educators in the world along with feedback from clients to consistently deliver high-quality training. The trainers must pass two separate sections of training, each three days each, in order to become accredited by Shortcuts: the first section covers all the technical product knowledge of Shortcuts, the second is comprised of the methodology behind training a salon and the framework for the education delivered. Each trainer is assessed before passing on to the second section of training and then when they meet all criteria in the second section of training, they become the highest level of educators available, Shortcuts Accredited Trainers.
