Shortcuts Attends Tradeshows in the Big Apple and Windy City

Huntington Beach, CA —April 1st, 2010 - Shortcuts attended both the International Beauty Show (IBS) at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York and America’s Beauty Show (ABS) at the McCormick Place West Convention Center in Chicago last month.

Shortcuts exhibited at both shows for their fifth consecutive year. Salon owners and managers were anxiously stopping by the Shortcuts booth at each event to find out more about Shortcuts products and services as well as get a free demonstration. Each show was a three day event and had high attendance.

“It is really exciting to be in front of such a large audience of salon owners and managers and able to demonstrate our products to them, says Paul Tate, CEO North America. “It was also a great way to meet with our existing clients face to face who are located in the New York and Chicago areas as well as those who traveled to visit the shows.”

IBS was held from March 6-8th 2010 and had more than 50,000 attendees from the hair and beauty industry this year. Highly acclaimed stylists performed on the main stage and education classes were available throughout the show.

ABS was held from March 27th-29th 2010 with record attendance. The show has been around for more than 80 years and is owned and produced by salon professionals and members of America’s Beauty Network®.
